Dry white wine is made from 2020 Tsolikouri and a limited amount of Rachuli Mtsvane grapes. Harvest was selected in Racha, villages of Khimshi, Sadmeli and Khvanchkara, from aged vineyards planted on sunny mountain slopes. Vinified with classical methods, which also included some components of white winemaking tradition of Racha. This resulted in a completely new class for white wines. Organoleptic properties: sharply expressed varietal aroma, naturally present carbon dioxide and balanced taste structure give this Tsolikouri a rare character and a long aromatic finish.

Dry rose wine is made from 2019 orbeluri ojaleshi grapes, selected from 12 year-old vineyard in Lechkhumi, village Orbeli. Here vines are established according to “Olikhnari” method wherevy each plant is trained up and rests on a separate post. Wine was produced with classical methods; technological cycle also included components of Racha tradition of rose winemaking, which resulted in a completely new class for rose wines. Organoleptic properties: fine varietal aroma and notes of white roses distinguish the bouquet; taste is harmonius and balanced.

Dry red wine made from 2020 harvest from Sadmeli village, Racha. Vines are 40 years old. Mujuretuli wine is produced with classical methods. Organoleptic properties: bouquet is embedded with varietal aroma and notes of black berries. High acidity and phenolic compounds characteristic of this rare variety endow the wine with absolutely unique taste, which is absent from other Georgian red wines. It has harmonious and balanced taste, with aromatic long finish. Advised to decanter for 30-40 min.
